Ingress control that actually works

The weekly cadence
Every Monday by 10am, the GC superintendent and PM receive: (1) 7-day incident summary, (2) LPR anomaly list, (3) any recommended posture adjustments, (4) upcoming holiday or high-risk window flags.
The report takes 5 minutes to read and prevents the '30 days of no communication' pattern that erodes trust.
